Virtual consultation with doctor

Covers consultation via video or telephone lasting up to 30 minutes, review of your medical history, answers to your questions and opinion as to suitability for Isotretinoin. If accepted under care, this fee also covers your first 30 days under care, preparation of a treatment plan and the authorisation of a 30 day medication prescription (actual medication is priced separately, see below).
Virtual monthly check-up with doctor
£125
Covers check-up via video or telephone lasting up to 15 minutes. Advice on coping with side effects, verification that your monthly pregnancy test (if applicable) is negative, review of your progress photos, adjustment to your dosage if necessary. This fee also covers your next 30 days under care and the authorisation of a 30 day medication prescription (actual medication is priced separately, see below).
Blood test, visiting Harley Street

Covers notification of the lab that you are a patient under our care, sending of an instruction for you to attend, receipt and filing of your blood test results in your medical file, review of your blood test results by your responsible doctor, advice if any modifications to your treatment plan are necessary as a result of the blood test.
Blood test, postal kit

Covers the preparation of a Request Form, instructions, sample tube and sundries to perform an at-home finger prick blood test, a postage paid envelope to return the sample to our lab, receipt and filing of your blood test results in your medical file, review of your blood test results by your responsible doctor, advice if any modifications to your treatment plan are necessary as a result of the blood test.
Isotretinoin (aka Roaccutane or Accutane)

Covers the Isotretinoin medication for 30 days including delivery to the patient via courier. The amount of medication required depends on the patient’s weight, daily dose and targe cumulative dose. We negotiate the best possible price with our pharmacy partner and get a very substantial discount owing to our large volume. This discount is passed onto our patients.
Pregnancy test, postal kit

Covers the instructions and up to 7 urine pregnancy tests.
Postage and Packing

Covers packing a discretely labelled envelope with blood test kit(s) and/or pregnancy test(s), postage via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and sending you a tracking link via email. Where possible, we combine postal kits to minimise your postage costs.
Paper prescription and postage

Covers the preparation of a paper prescription signed in ink by your responsible doctor and posted to you via Royal Mail First Class.
Insurance Documentation

Covers the preparation of a letter and invoice in PDF format suitable for submission to your private insurance company for reimbursement. Please be sure to check with your insurer to confirm they will cover the treatment.
Travel letter

Covers the preparation of a Travel Letter in PDF format suitable to verify your prescription when you need to take your Isotretinoin across international borders.
Replacement blood test kit

Covers the replacement of a blood test postal kit has been lost or spoiled and not processed by our lab.
Replacement pregnancy tests

Covers the replacement of one pregnancy test that has been lost or spoiled.
